Ziebart Franchise Capitalizes on NFL Draft in Detroit with NOCAP Sports
NOCAP Sports and Ziebart Automotive partnered to develop a sports marketing strategy for the 2024 calendar year to increase brand awareness and affinity.
With Ziebart being headquartered in Detroit and the NFL Draft coming to Detroit in 2024, NOCAP Sports quickly developed and executed an NFL Draft Campaign featuring star athletes Kalen King (Penn State) and Mike Sainristil (Michigan), both highly anticipated draft picks.
With Ziebart having a heavy presence in the rustbelt, NOCAP strategically select Kalen and Mike who had strong audience presence through Pennsylvania and Michigan. Each athlete shared a reel and an Instagram carousel showcasing Ziebart’s offerings, emphasizing the tagline “Your Vehicle’s Best Defense.”
The primary goal of the campaign was guaranteed impressions in target markets. Likes, Engagement, Followers Growth, Web Traffic Conversions and Social interactions. Secondary goal was lift in store visits in target markets. Athlete content generated $120k in total media value for Ziebart. The athlete posts saw a 8x higher than platform average engagement rate of 17.43%.
